Classes are scheduled as required or requested. Class size is limited to 22 people. Troubleshooting class is limited to 8 people. Special arrangements can be made for 1 day and 2 day classes as well

Learn everything you want to know on pump sizing, how to read a pump curve, pump location, zone pumping,
primary/secondary pumping.

Controls
An overview of today’s hydronic controls. From zone valve controls and pump switching relays to boiler reset
controls and load reset controls. Mixing applications including thermostatic, variable speed injection pumping,
2 & 3 way modulating valves (set-point & outdoor rest). Taco’s new radiant mixing block.

High Efficiency Condensing Boilers
Munchkin high efficiency, sealed combustion, condensing, modulating boiler installation, pumping, piping and
Vision I controls certification. Including outdoor reset and domestic priority. Includes service issues.

Advanced Munchkin Boiler Controls
Vision 2 (Advanced Mixing Control) and Vision 3 (Integrated Multiple Boiler Management Control - up to 8 boiler
modules) controls certification.

Domestic Water
Domestic water heating applications, sizing and installation, Raypak copper finned tube boilers, Munchkin VWH
boiler.

Rehau Plumbing & Design
Rehau pex plumbing certification program.

Class 8
Rehau Fire Protection
An integrated pex sprinkler and plumbing system. Fire protection sprinklers with cold water plumbing in one multipurpose
system.

Class 9
Parker CSST
Parker Parflex CSST gas pipe certification.
Approximate Duration: 1 1/2 Hours
Class 10
Troubleshooting
Designed for the installer/service technician. This class incorporates electronic ignition, hot surface ignition,
standing pilot along with induced draft fan applications. Hands on troubleshooting. Manometer and VOM
meter required.
Approximate Duration: 2 1/2 Hours
