Welded
Parker Buttweld fittings are designed for applications requiring the
reliability of a welded tubing system. They were developed specifically for
installation using automatic, orbital TIG (Tungsten/Inert Gas) welding
equipment. These fittings offer the easiest, fastest and most reliable way to
fabricate welded systems.

Mini Buttweld
Parker UHP products are designed as leak-free components for applications
where ultra-high pure conditions are required. MinButtweld™ fittings provide
compact ultra-high pure designs for use with orbital weld equipment. Their
unique machining and surface enhancements prevent outgassing and inhibit
corrosion.

VacuSeal
Parker UHP products are designed as leak-free components for critical
applications where ultra-high pure conditions are required. VacuSeal™ products
with their mating gasket and toroid design, provide a metal-to-metal seal with
leak-free service from vacuum to positive pressure.
Standard Features
Plating: VacuSeal™ Female Nuts are silver plated with an enhanced plating process. Avoid aggressive chemical processes used for cleaning, electro polishing, and passivation that will remove plating. Removal or damage to plating will cause threads to gall, damaging fitting components and preventing proper seal.
Testing: VacuSeal™ products are rated to a Helium leak rate of 1.0E-9 STD cc/sec.
Internal Surface Finishes: VacuSeal™ components are available with controlled surface finishes and electro polished internal surfaces.
Cleaning and Packaging: Ultra-High Purity 'OMEGA' cleaning and packaging in a Class 100 Clean Room environment, validated per Federal Standard 209E, is standard for all electro polished VacuSeal™ components.

These unique and reliable heat exchangers assure
maximum thermal efficiency for cooling high termperatures, high pressure fluid
samples. Available in copper, stainless steel, and other materials upon request,
the Parker Dual Heat Transfer Coils are manufactured with tube stub ends which
permits the user to choose from a broad range of end connections.
