The Partek facilities manufacture flow control components suited for use in fluid systems where corrosion protection is required or where purity of the media must be safeguarded. The wetted surfaces of all products are of chemically inert, corrosion-resistant PFA & PTFE. External materials used are anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, polyethylene (HDPE), polyvinylchloride (PCV), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), or Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA). ABS plastic knobs are used in some products.

Material Properties
PTFE fluorocarbon resins, among the most versatile of all plastics, are rapidly becoming the material of choice for applications involving corrosion resistance. The strong interatomic bonds between carbon and fluorine atoms, and the almost perfect shielding of the polymer’s carbon backbone by fluorine atoms make the material inert to most industrial chemicals and solvents.
PFA, a close relation, has properties rivaling those of PTFE. Its excellent melt-processing permits conventional thermoplastic molding and high-speed extrusion processing. Additionally, it has higher mechanical strength at elevated temperatures (to 500° F).

Special orders and custom configuration of standard products are available. Additionally, all products can be manufactured to metric dimensions. All Partek products can be cleaned, assembled, tested and bagged in controlled environment.
Parflare PFA Flare
Fittings
The Partek Parflare fitting line is ideally suited for any ultra-pure or corrosive chemical application. The fitting design yields a leak tight connection with minimal dead volume and can be used in side loading and vibrational applications. The connection is achieved by a heated flaring process utilizing an external heat source and PTFE mandrel, or by using Partek’s optional FG Series semiautomatic electronic flaring tools.
Pargrip PFA
Gripper Fittings
The Partek Pargrip Fitting is ideally suited for use in corrosive environments and chemical applications. The fitting design yields a leak-tight connection and requires no special tools to assemble. The connection is achieved by merely inserting the tubing into the fitting assembly and tightening the nut.
Parbond PFA Bond Fittings
The Partek Parbond Fitting line is ideally suited for any ultra-pure or corrosive chemical application. The fitting design yields a leak-tight, permanent connection that is ideal for high flow, minimal pressure drop applications. The connection is achieved by fusion welding the two ends together
PFA Schedule 40 Pipe Fittings
The Partek Pipe fitting line is ideally suited for any ultra-pure or corrosive chemical application. The all PFA design yields maximum corrosion resistance. The fittings are available in a wide variety of configurations and sizes.

Partek/Atlantic manufactures an extensive line of high quality Fluoropolymer tubing and pipe. A wide range of products are available in PTFE, FEP, PFA, High Purity PFA, PVDF, and ETFE. Other materials such as PEEK and MFA are also available on request. All tubing and pipe products are made from 100% virgin resins.
High Purity PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) tubing, made from 100% virgin resin, has the highest molecular weight available. It is manufactured for use in hostile environments where purity is critical. Testing has proven that these High Purity PFA products are able to withstand corrosive surfactants for longer periods of time than the standard products. High Purity PFA products are available in various sizes upon request.
