Brass and Composite Fittings
Designing the right products for the application
is our most important commitment. Only Parker offers elbows and tees
manufactured from both extruded and forged shapes.
Extruded Fittings
The Extrusion process produces a dense, non-porous material somewhat stronger in
the longitudinal direction because the flow of the grain is oriented.
Forged Fittings
The Forging process produces a uniformly dense material on exceptional strength.
Because grain flow follows the contour, the fitting has high impact strength and
is resistant to mechanical shock and vibration.
Brass Ball Valves
The forged body ball valve provides extended
service life and resists failure caused by severe temperature applications.
Optimum flow design assures maximum system efficiency. Highly inert PTFE seats
and seals provide resistance to chemical corrosion. Parker also provides a
blow-out proof stem, chrome plated brass ball and a specially designed handle
enabling increased turning leverage for ease of opening and closing. Parker’s
ball valve can be readily identified assuring high quality engineering and
reliability.
Carbon Steel Ball Valves
The carbon steel ball valves have a hex shaped
body for easy installation. Highly inert PTFE seats and seals combined with an
external phosphate coating provide superior corrosion resistance. Parker also
provides a blow-out proof stem and a specially designed handle enabling
increased turning leverage for ease of opening and closing. Parker’s ball
valve can be readily identified assuring high quality engineering and
reliability.
Stainless Steel Ball Valves
The Cast Body is manufactured from CF-8M
Stainless Steel, the cast equivalent of 316 Stainless Steel. They are ideal for
corrosive environments such as chemical plants and refineries. The full flow
design assures maximum operating efficiency. The reinforced PTFE seats and
seals, coupled with the 316 Stainless Ball and blow-out proof stem, result in
the utmost reliability.
Additional Ball Valves and Componentry
Mini Ball Valves
The Mini-Valve is to be used in confined and hard to reach applications. The
Brass extruded body allows for extended service life and is chrome plated as
standard. Features of the MV608/609 valves include blowout proof stem, hard
chrome plate ball, PTFE seats, viton stem seals, and standard yellow handle.
MV200 valve features a black lever handle.
Stem Extender Kits
Stem Extenders can be attached easily to any standard size Parker Ball Valve.
Kits are available in 1-1/4" and 2-1/4" clearances for Parker Brass
Ball Valves up to 1" and Parker Stainless Steel Ball Valves up to 2".
All stem extender components are made from 300 Series stainless steel.
Rotary Actuator
A reliable dual vane actuator delivering maximum torque in a small envelope
size. Torque output is uniform in both directions, with zero backlash for
precise positioning, and guaranteed zero external leakage.
Replacement Componentry
In addition to standard lever handles, most Parker Ball Valves are available
with Short Lever Handles, Oval Handles, Tee Handles and Handle Covers.
General Purpose Valves
For over a decade, the Brass Products Division
has been a resource for low volume, custom-designed brass valves. Our Short Run
Specials Department is organized specifically to produce very small lots - even
one piece - on an extremely fast turn-around. With our flexible CNC equipment,
we can manufacture to customer specifications. We can produce valves in
virtually any configuration, with any connector end. In short, if it's made from
brass, we can do it. Parker is continually working to make its manufacturing
operations and technology even better. Beginning with a corporate commitment to
quality, from the machine operator in the plant to the individual at the Parker
Service Center, everyone understands the importance of doing their best every time.
Tools & Tube Fabricating Equipment
Tube Cutters
Parker Brass hand tube cutters are designed to make uniform clean square cuts
easier and with the least possible burrs. Use built-in deburring blade on each
cutter, or the In-Ex® deburring tool to remove any burrs that appear.
Tube Benders
Parker’s hand benders include built-in features to help you make accurate
bends without kinks or wrinkles and with minimum flattening in tubing, from size
2 (1/8" O.D.) to 16 (1" O.D.).
45° Flaring Tools
Parker makes the right type and size of flaring tool to meet the requirements of
your job. Each one is designed to help you produce correct concentric flares, of
the correct flare diameter, for dependable joints that are free from pullout
under pressure.
Tubing Tool Kits
Compact kits contain combinations of tools to cut, flare, and/or ream tube end
connections.
Swaging Tools
Use these tools for making tubing connections without fittings. Enlarge end of
tube, insert another tube, solder like a sweat fitting.
Wrenches
Par-Lok® wrench jaws are constructed from drop-forged, high carbon steel
material with a black conversion coat finish. Par-Lok® handles are made from
heavy gauge steel material, heat treated and with a corrosion resistant black
finish. Solid stainless steel rivets and tempered jaw springs are designed into
every wrench for maximum strength.
Tube Fabricating Equipment
Includes Pinch Off Tool, In-Ex® Tube Deburring Tool, Tru-Kut® Sawing Vise, and
Multi Flame Torch.
