Seal-Lok

The Seal-Lok fitting is an O-ring face seal type fitting that consists of a nut, a fitting body, an O-ring and a sleeve. A flat face sleeve is flanged or brazed to the tube and when the fitting is assembled, it compresses an O-ring in a precision machined groove in the fitting body to form a leak tight seal. Seal-Lok fittings are suitable for any range of tube wall thick-ness and are also readily adaptable to pipe, metric tubing and hose. The Seal-Lok connection can be made with either metric or inch tubing by choosing the appropriate sleeve. There are over thirty different body shapes and straights to choose from for specific applications. The body face has a groove which contains a high durometer O-ring that is held captive during installation. In addition, the Seal-Lok fitting body shapes are forged for added strength and longer service life. Straight products are made from cold drawn barstock.  Seal-Lok fittings are manufactured with a captive O-ring groove (CORG) design for prevention of O-ring fall-out prior to final assembly.

Triple-Lok

The Triple-Lok tube fitting consists of three pieces: the body, the nut and the sleeve. The tube end is flared at a mating 37° angle and sandwiched between the fitting nose (seat) and the sleeve creating an effective seal between the fitting nose and tube flare or hose. Parker’s Triple-Lok fittings are manufactured in steel, 316 stainless steel and brass for optimum fluid compatibility and corrosion resistance. Furthermore, available sizes range from 1/8" tube O.D. to 2" tube O.D. in several configurations. (Standard ports include: SAE, straight thread ISO-6149, NPT, BSPT, BSPP and DIN.) The Triple-Lok tube fitting is also readily available for metric tubing and hose adapter applications. Simply by changing the industry standard sleeve, the same Triple-Lok body can be adapted to metric tubing in sizes ranging from 6 mm tube O.D. to 38 mm tube O.D. Likewise, by using only the body without the nut and sleeve, the Triple-Lok fitting is used as an industry standard hose adapter.

Ferulok Fittings

The Ferulok fitting design and performance capabilities far exceed the strict requirements of SAE and military standards. The Ferulok fitting is a flareless fitting that consists of a body, a one-piece precision machined ferrule, and a nut. On assembly, the ferrule "bites" into the outer surface of the tube with sufficient strength to hold the tube against pressure, without significant distortion of the inside tube diameter. The ferrule also forms a pressure seal against the fitting body. Ferulok fittings allow the fitting assembler to visually inspect the bite quality, thus significantly minimizing the risk of improper assembly and related service problems. Ferulok fittings are especially suitable for use with tube wall thicknesses ranging from medium to extra heavy.

Intru-Lok

The Intru-Lok fitting is a flareless fitting that consists of a body, a one-piece precision machined ferrule, and a nut. On assembly, the ferrule "bites" into the outer surface of the tube with sufficient strength to hold the tube against pressure. The ferrule also forms a pressure seal against the fitting body. Intru-Lok fittings allow the fitting assembler to visually inspect the bite quality, thus significantly minimizing the risk of improper assembly and related service problems. Intru-Lok fittings are routinely used in markets, such as: Machine tools, chemical, oil refineries, paper making, thermoplastics processing, air and lube lines, pilot lines, panel boards, etc.

Pipe Fittings and Adapters

There are many types of threads used throughout the world. This Section contains adapters with just a few of those many thread types including NPT, NPTF, NPSM, BSPT, BSPP, SAE UN/UNF, and Metric. All the threads in this section conform to industry specifications.

JIS

Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) fittings were introduced by Parker in North America in the early 1990s to address market requirements for OEM and replacement JIS fittings. The JIS fittings are designed with 30° male flare and 30° female seats and each incorporate BSP (British Standard Pipe) threads. These fittings are typically utilized as hose adapters on equipment designed and/or manufactured in Japan and Korea.

EO Fittings

EO fittings are the most widely used bite type fittings in the world. The EO fitting is a flareless metric fitting that consists of a body, progressive ring (ferrule) and nut. On assembly, two cutting edges of the ferrule "bite" into the outer surface of the tube ensuring the necessary holding power for high operating pressures. Available in three series, the EO tube fittings and accessories are manufactured in accordance with DIN 2353 for fluid applications. Three series of EO tube fittings (LL, L and S) and accessories are manufactured in accordance with DIN 2353 on the basis of decades of experience. The three components of EO fittings are designed and manufactured to produce a strong, reliable, leak-free joint upon proper assembly.

EO-2 Fittings

The heart of the EO-2 fitting is the new EO-2 functional nut with which previously metalically sealed tube connections can now be soft sealed. Naturally, all fittings in the EO-2 series are fully compatible with our Ermeto Original range of products and can be combined with these. For more demanding applications, in particular for new designs, we recommend the use of EO-2 fittings. EO-2, the latest development from Parker-Ermeto, is a fitting system with a soft seal on the tube side and a 24° cone according to ISO 8434-1/DIN 2353. The soft sealing and retaining rings are combined in a pair and are inserted into the internal thread of the nut in such a manner that they cannot fall out, so that these three parts from one functional element. This functional nut simplifies handling of the fitting and helps to minimize storage and procurement costs.

Tube, Pipe and Hose Clamps

Parker offers a full line of clamps for inch and metric tube (1/4" through 2" and 6mm through 50mm), inch pipe (1/2" through 1-1/2") and 100R1 hose sizes 1/4" through 1-1/2". Proper clamping of tube, pipe and hose can  eliminate problems caused by shocks and vibration in most hydraulic systems.

Tube Cutters

Parker-Tube Fittings Division hand tube cutters are designed to make uniform clean square cuts easier and with the least possible burrs. Hand Tube Cutters use a built-in deburring blade on each cutter for removal of any I.D. burrs.

Saws

Parker's Tru-Kut® saw vise is designed for providing an accurate guide for cutting tube square within ±1° with a hacksaw. For higher production, Parker also offers the power 910461 power cut-off saw, which is designed to operate at low speed to prevent work hardening the tube end. The saw will cut 1/4" through 2" copper, brass, aluminum, steel and stainless steel tube. An adequate supply of cutting fluid is provided by an internal recalculating pump. The unit is designed for bench mounting and operates on 110v power supply.

Deburr Tools

A quick twist of the wrist will deburr either the O.D. or the I.D. of the tube end. Parker’s In-Ex® deburring tools can be used on annealed steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum, for tube sizes 1/8" to 1 5/8" O.D.   Parker also offers the 972125 Power Deburr Machine for medium production applications. This machine operates on a 110V power supply and is for use on annealed steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum. For tube sizes 1/4" through 2" O.D.

Wrenches

Easy access ratchet wrench speeds fitting installation in tight locations. Rugged, snap-action jaws can be opened over tube lines, locked onto fitting hex and ratcheted within 1/8 turn. Full six point contact prevents fitting distortion common with wrench slippage. Ideal for tube line installations where compact runs require a multiple fitting make-up, disassembly and remakes. 360°s snap-action ratchet wrench for hex sizes from 3/8" to 2 1/4" across the flats and metric from 10mm to 22mm.  Inch sizes meet government specifications and are listed as NSN-5120-00-474-7227.
