Hot Water Boiler Controls
Hydrolevel low water cut-offs are electrically operated. A probe is installed in the boiler shell or external manifold and is connected to the control unit. Water is used as a conductor to complete the circuit between the probe and the boiler shell. When water is in contact with the probe, the circuit is completed; when the water level drops below the probe, the circuit opens. Hydrolevel controls provide contacts to de-energize the burner circuit in a low water condition.

Low Water Cut-Offs for Steam Boilers
Hydrolevel low water cut-offs electronically monitor the water level in low pressure steam boilers. The probe sensor mounts directly in the boiler at or above the lowest safe water level. The control allows the burner to operate normally as long as the water level remains in contact with the probe.

Automatic Water Feeders for Steam Boilers
Helps prevent flooded boilers by allowing time for system condensate to return to the boiler. Helps prevent feeds if a surging water level exists. The feed amount can be easily adjusted to add sufficient make-up water to satisfy the low water cut-off, restarting boilers with a variety of capacities. If the first feed cycle does not satisfy the low water cut-off, a second feed cycle will begin following a time delay. Protects the system from flooding due to low water cut-off malfunction. Available in both 24 VAC and 120 VAC models. For use with both float and probe type low water cut-offs.

Pump Controller and Low Water Cut-Off Combo
Operates boiler feed pump to maintain water level between middle and upper probes. Burner circuit contacts open if water drops below bottom probe. Automatically restarts burner on return of normal water level.

Flow Switch
Activates or de-activates electrical equipment upon the start or stop of liquid flow.  Cut to length stainless steel paddle accommodates 1" to 6" pipe diameters.

Tank Pump Controller
Maintains level between probes. Energizes pump to refill tank when liquid level falls below bottom probe. De-energizes pump when liquid level reaches upper probe.
