HB Series Ball Valves Capable of performing at pressures up to 10,000 psig (68.9 MPa) CWP, the Parker HB Series Ball Valves provide positive leak tight shut-off and directional control in a strong, light weight, compact, high flow design. The two way bi-directional valves provide quick 1/4 turn shut-off and the three way valves may be used as diverting or selecting valves, capable of operating at the full pressure rating at any of the valve ports. The HB4 trunnion style ball has been Suparcase treated to improve the wear resistance of the trunnions and to enhance the resistance of the spherical ball to abrasion. The trunnion bearing design minimizes valve seat damage. Valve seats are spring loaded to maintain sealability and provide low operating torque’s over the full range of operating pressures and temperatures. MB Series Ball Valves For compact installation applications, the patented Parker MB Series Ball Valves are available in inline, angle and three-way configurations. The one-piece seat/packing design was engineered to perform in a temperature range from -65 ° to 300 °F (-54 ° to 177 °C) at pressures as high as 3,000 psig (20.7 MPa) CWP. An injection molded grade of perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) completely surrounds the entire ball area and a portion of the stem, creating a relationship that can not be achieved with separately made components. The two way valves provide quick 1/4 turn on-off control of media and the three way valves may be used as diverting or selecting valves. Valves are manufactured from both ASTM A 479 stainless steel and ASTM B 16 copper alloy bar stock. These valves are panel mountable and feature fracture-resistant Nylon handles available in multiple colors. SB Series Ball Valves Parker’s three-piece SB Series Ball Valves are designed to ANSI B16.34 specifications with advanced seal technology. This means a very strong, tough valve that can handle the pressure and piping loads and a standardized design that keeps parts inventory to a minimum. Features which make this tough, reliable ball valve so unique include tight shut-off, smooth two way or three way flow, advanced seat materials, and swing away three piece construction. The center section can swing out to quickly and easily replace seats, seals and the ball without major disruption to the system. The three way diverter valve is designed to accept media through the bottom port and direct it out of two outlet ports. The three way valve may be used as a selector valve, alternately accepting media from either of two inlet sources and directing it through a single outlet. All Ball Valves: Compact 60 Series spring return or double acting rack and pinion actuators provide pneumatic operation and the 70/80 Series of electric actuators provide a selection of voltages and NEMA enclosures. A variety of US Customary and SI port connections, including CPI™ and A-LOK® compression, and female and male NPT are available. Plug Valves

The patented blow-out resistant seat design offers reliable sealing technology at all operating pressures. In addition to on-off actuation, the plug design allows forward flow throttling. A selection of valve seat and seal materials may be chosen for media compatibility and performance over a broad range of temperatures. The pressure balanced atmospheric seals are backed by PTFE rings to enhance their performance and increase cycle life. The valve is very easy to service since it consists of only three major components: body, plug assembly, and handle. The PTFE coated plug is color coded to prevent inadvertent mixing of body and plug materials. Valves are manufactured from both ASTM A 479 stainless steel and ASTM B 16 copper alloy bar stock. A variety of US Customary and SI port connections, including CPI™ and A-LOK® compression, and female and male NPT are available.
Needle Valves
NP Series Needle Valves The NP6 Series Needle Valves feature a non-rotating lower stem and packing located below the stem threads. The packing below the stem threads serves the dual purpose of either protecting the thread lubricant from being removed by the media or preventing the thread lubricant from contaminating the media. Stem packing options include PTFE, elastomers, and flexible graphite. A non-rotating lower stem helps to extend packing life by removing rotation from the packing area. NP6 valves are capable of working at system pressures up to 6,000 psig (41.3 MPa) CWP at temperatures as high as 700 °F (371 °C). This series can accommodate tubing as small as 1/8 inch and pipe sizes up to 1/4 inch. Two stem types are available. A blunt R stem type is typically used for on-off control of liquids. The PCTFE stem type is recommended for tight shut-off and coarse regulation in both liquid and gaseous service. PV Series Needle Valves Parker Rising Stem Plug Valves and Gauge/Root valves are rugged valves manufactured from stainless steel barstock. They are screwed bonnet designs featuring bonnet lock plates. The valves are suitable for service up to 6,000 psig (41.3 MPa) CWP and 400 °F (204 °C). These valves offer a straight-through flow design in two orifice sizes. The PV Series of valves utilize a non-rotating lower stem in conjunction with a tapered seat for positive shut-off and long seat life, even in particulated media. The materials of construction and choice of seat and stem seal materials provides a variety of application possibilities, including ASME B31.1 Power Piping. With gauge ports, the valve offers a means to install differential pressure transmitters, pressure switches, and gauges. They are particularly useful in block-and-bleed applications. Stem packing options include PTFE, elastomers, and flexible graphite. SN valves are capable of working at system pressures up to 6,000 psig (41.3 MPa) CWP at temperatures as high as 700 °F (371 °C). This series can accommodate 1/4 inch tube and pipe. Two stem types are available. A blunt R stem type is typically used for on-off control of liquids. The PCTFE stem type is recommended for tight shut-off and coarse regulation in both liquid and gaseous service. U Series Needle Valves U Series Union Bonnet Valves have been engineered for use at pressures up to 6,000 psig (41.3 MPa) CWP at temperatures as high as 1,200 °F (649 °C). The design and materials of construction, coupled with end connections up to one inch make them perfect candidates for ASME B31.1 applications. A metallic bonnet seal enhances the leak integrity of the valve throughout the pressure - temperature range. A non-rotating lower stem helps to extend packing life by removing rotation from the packing area. Stem packing below the threads isolates the thread lubricant from the flow, ensuring adequate lubrication regardless of the media. The U Series Union Bonnet valves are supplied with either PTFE or flexible graphite packing and lower stem materials matched to the packing temperature capabilities. Two stem types are available. A blunt B stem type is typically used for on-off control of media and the regulating R stem type is recommended for coarse regulation. Flow coefficients (Cv) range from 0.53 to 3.55. V Series Needle Valves Parker V Series Needle Valves are designed to provide positive leak tight shut-off and coarse regulation of fluids utilized in process and instrumentation applications. These valves are manufactured from stainless steel or brass forgings and are a family of five integral bonnet designs with packing above the stem threads. From the smallest V2 model to the largest V12 model - all valves are capable of working at system pressures up to 5,000 psig (34.5 MPa) CWP at temperatures as high as 450 °F (232 °C). This family of valves can accommodate tubing as small as 1/16 inch and pipe as large as 1/2 inch. Flow coefficients (Cv) range from 0.12 to 1.80. Three stem types are available. A regulating stem type (N) provides coarse regulation with metal-to-metal shut-off in liquid service. A blunt R stem type is typically used for on-off control of liquids. PG Series Purge Valves PG Series Purge Valves may be utilized as either bleed, purge, or drain valves. The compact valve requires only a quarter turn with a wrench from finger-tight to ensure a leak-tight seal on the first make-up. Additional wrenching ensures a leak-tight seal up to the rated pressure. RH Series Relief Valves The Parker RH Series Relief Valves are proportional high pressure relief valves. A relief valve is primarily used to discharge excess system pressure to a safe point of release. In operation, when upstream pressure exceeds the force exerted by the spring on the seat, the poppet opens, permitting flow through the valve. In a proportional relief valve, the higher the upstream pressure, the greater the poppet lift. The RH Relief Valve has been designed with a captured molded seat design, resistant to blow-out and chipping. This valve employs an adjustment cap for external cracking pressure adjustment. Eight different spring ranges allow greater system sensitivity. Each spring range is identified with a unique color applied to the springs and external labels. A low-friction coating on the poppet guide insures repeatable crack and reseal settings throughout the operating temperature range of the valve. A variety of US Customary and SI port connections, including CPI™ and A-LOK® compression, and female and male NPT are available. RL Series Relief Valves The Parker RL Series Relief Valves are proportional low pressure relief valves. The RL Relief Valve has been designed such that the cracking pressure is only sensitive to the upstream pressure and is not influenced by downstream pressure. This valve employs an adjustment cap for external cracking pressure adjustment. Seven different spring ranges allow greater system sensitivity. Filters

Five Valve Manifolds Five valve manifolds are used in combination with differential pressure transmitters to provide isolation, equalizing, and drain/test functions. Manifold designs cover both direct mount and remote installation. The manifold enables the user to isolate, zero adjust the instrument, and safely drain any trapped media. Designs are available that employ two isolating valves, one equalizing valve and two vent/drain valves. Fiscal metering manifolds in both flat body and extruded body designs employ two isolating valves, two equalizing valves and one vent/drain valve. Extruded body designs are available with all metal-to-metal needle type stems or they may be equipped with roddable soft seat isolate valves. All Parker manifolds are designed with the same bonnet assembly used in our manifold needle/gauge valves. The two-piece non rotating lower stem provides positive and repetitive shut off and extends the life of the packing. The bonnet assemblies are fitted with color coded dust caps, enabling the user to easily identify the valve function. Gauge and Root Valves Needle and Gauge Valves are designed for safe, leak-tight closure and a long service life. The valves are capable of working at system pressures up to 6,000 psig (41.3 MPa) at temperatures as high as 1,000 °F (538 °C). The bonnet assembly features a non-rotating lower stem which extends packing life by removing rotation from the packing area. Stem packing below the threads isolates the thread lubricant from the flow, ensuring adequate lubrication regardless of the media. Polyethylene dust caps help to prevent thread damage from environmental influences. A metal-to-metal needle stem type employs a ground finish for reliable bubble-tight shutoff. The PCTFE and PEEK stem types are recommended for tight shut-off in both liquid and gaseous service. Both stem types incorporate back stop designs. These valves are manufactured from stainless steel, carbon steel, or alloy 400. Special alloys are available upon request. A variety of US Customary and SI port connections, including CPI™ and A-LOK® compression, and female and male NPT are available Three Valve Manifolds Three valve manifolds are used in conjunction with differential pressure transmitters. They combine instrument isolation and equalizing in one block. Parker manifolds are offered in a variety of patterns to enable the user to optimize the installation. Remote mounted manifolds employ FNPT threads on 2 1/8 inch (54 mm) centers. For direct mounting to standard differential pressure transmitters, manifolds use 2 1/8 inch (54 mm) bolting centers. Compact double block and bleed manifolds are ideal for panel installations. Base mounting of all designs is a standard feature, allowing the user to complete piping installation without the need to install the instrument. This total support system permits the safe removal of the instrument, leaving the manifold in a fully supported position. A variety of options are offered including down stream test connections, NACE and direct compression connections on certain designs. Two Valve Manifolds Parker two valve manifolds combine facilities for isolation, calibration, test and venting of pressure measuring instruments. A variety of body shapes and connection positions are offered. Manifolds may be obtained for direct or remote mounting with a variety of materials, options, and features. All Parker manifolds are designed with the same bonnet assembly used in our manifold needle/gauge valves. The two-piece non rotating lower stem provides positive and repetitive shut off and extends the life of the packing. Compact designs are available for optimizing space restrictions inside control panels. Manifolds can also be provided with inverted compression connections in CPI™ or A-LOK®. This feature eliminates the use of tapered threads and thread sealant, thereby reducing the risk of leakage and contamination of sensitive measuring instrument. For added safety and to ensure correct thread connections are selected, the thread size and form are clearly marked on the body of each manifold. Sampling Cylinders and Accessories
RV Series Rupture Disc Units Parker’s RV Rupture Disc Unit is intended for direct mounting to sample cylinders for protection against over pressurization. They are supplied with a certified pre-bulged 316 stainless steel rupture disc. The standard Rupture Disc Unit is rated to 1,800 psig (12.4 MPa) at 70 °F (21 °C). The pre-bulged disc design minimizes fragmentation upon burst and achieves a close tolerance control of actual burst pressure. Sealing of the disc element against male leakage is a PTFE seal or a PTFE coated metal seal. Outlet holes at right angle to the axis of the disc permit the escape of media, while minimizing potential harmful effects of discharged metal. The product is produced from stainless steel forgings and is offered with male NPT inlet end connections (for threading engagement to cylinders) and female NPT outlet end connections. RVC Series Valve/Rupture Disc Units The Parker Combination Valve borrows features of the V4LC Series Needle Valve and the Rupture Disc Unit (RV) and combines them into a single package. This valve is primarily for use with sample cylinders. The rupture disc is directly in communication with the valve inlet. Sealing of the disc element against leakage is a PTFE seal or a PTFE coated metal seal. The product is produced from stainless steel forgings. The valve portion is an integral bonnet design with packing above the stem threads. The valves are capable of working at system pressures up to 5,000 psig (34.5 MPa) CWP at temperatures as high as 450 °F (232 °C). Two stem types are available. A blunt R stem type is typically used for on-off control of liquids. The PCTFE stem type is recommended for tight shut-off and coarse regulation in both liquid and gaseous service. The product is provided with male NPT inlet end connections (for threading engagement to cylinders) and female NPT outlet end connections. Sample Cylinders Parker stainless steel and aluminum Sample Cylinders provide safe containment for both storage and transportation of gas or liquid samples. The design, manufacture, and testing of stainless steel sample cylinders is regulated by the US government (DOT-3A 1800 and 3E 1800). Aluminum cylinders must also comply with DOT-E 7737. Stainless steel cylinders are hot spun from seamless Type 316 tubing. This process provides a smooth internal flow transition through the neck for easy cleaning and the elimination of potential trapped fluids. Aluminum cylinders are produced from 6061 material and are heat treated to T6 temper. They have the same DOT ratings and quality control as stainless steel cylinders, with half the weight. Stainless steel cylinders are available in 75 through 2250 cc and one gallon capacities. Aluminum cylinders are available in 150, 300, and 500 cc capacities. All employ 1/4-18 NPT female threads except for the one gallon size which uses 1/2-14 NPT female threads.
